US Weather Maps app good for
Fun app to watch the weather patterns and cross checking the forecasts. Have used it for a year and find it very useful.
I really like the cloud radar on this app. Very accurate. Also like that you can check the surface map up to the next 60 hrs. Was slow to load on my I phone 3GS, but works much better on my I phone 4s
Provides accurate, timely data that is hard to find elsewhere. I especially like the surface map and the radar data
Been using for years and the simplicity of documents and accuracy of details is consistent with meteorologists. This is one.
This app provides me with the basic yet thorough overview of what I need to know as a weather enthusiast who likes to create his own weather maps. Us, it complements the more "localized" weather programs very well. A must have....
Use to reinforce training for USCG Auxwea class. Shows fronts, highs and low pressure with millibar pressures .
Some bad moments
This does not seem to be showing current weather. It shows it raining on radar. All other apps show it is not. And, looking out side the sun is shinning. I did like this app before.
This has been one of our favorite apps but theater Apple updates appear to have broken it. It freezes with the first map. Hope they update soon.
It is great it gives me all the info I need. It has a Bug when you turn it on it will not not load you have to delete and reload.
The app is still freezing up and you have to Delete it you have to reloaded to get the thing to work
I love the app on the use the maps all the time please get this fixed.
It appears the support for this app, iphone and ipad versions, is non-existent. i have been trying to inform them of constant crashes requiring delete/reinstall. Real shame, it could be great app.
Used to be a great app now it doesnt even work. Update is long over due
Support is no longer existent. Tried multiple times to inform of problems.
1. Surface analysis is now a blank screen
2. Pressing any button above the maps causes app to crash so bad that you have to delete it and reload.
3. No way to add maps.
As a pilot for a major airline, this was my "go-to" app. Now its just a waste.
